Helena Legido-Quigley is a Professor at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. She spearheaded a research project on the development and implementation of National Action Plans on Antimicrobial Resistance in Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Singapore: "Challenges and Lessons learned for policy makers with five consortium partners under the Asia Pacific Observatory on Health Systems and Policies."
