Prof d-r Darinka Gjorgieva Ackova, Ph.D., is a full professor of Pharmaceutical Toxicology and Applied Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis at the Department of Applied Pharmacy, Division of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medical Sciences, Goce Delcev University, Shtip, North Macedonia. Her research is mainly in the field of biochemical and molecular toxicology, and she is currently investigating the risk/benefit correlations and interactions of xenobiotics, including plant bioactives and food components, related to health.
