Anna Borriello is a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Polymers, Composites and Biomaterials of the National Research Council of Italy. Her research focuses on the design, synthesis, and study of properties and the engineering of polymeric systems. Her specific areas of interest include nanofillers in polymer composite, electrically conductive polymers, polymer electrolyte membranes, bio-inspired materials, superabsorbing hydrogel, (bio)sensig materials, and aerogels. She received her PhD in Chemical Sciences – Macromolecular Chemical Program, Department of Chemistry – from the University of Naples “Federico II” in 1996.
