Since 1995, he has been engaged in teaching and scientific research at Xi'an University of Technology. From 2002 to 2005, he was engaged in postdoctoral research at the State Key Laboratory of Turbulence and Complex Systems Research of Peking University and the Department of Mechanics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
