Dr. Antonio Brunetti is a full Professor in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Department of Health Sciences, University of Catanzaro “Magna Græcia”, Italy. He graduated in 1983 in Medicine with highest honors at the University of Catania, Italy. In 1986 he obtained his specialty in Endocrinology and Metabolism from the same University. In 1992 he received a Ph.D in Endocrinology and Metabolic Sciences from the University of Naples, Italy, while working at the Division of Diabetes and Endocrine Research, University of California San Francisco, CA, USA. From 2008 to 2016, he coordinated the PhD program in Endocrine-Metabolic and Nutritional Sciences (University “Magna Græcia” of Catanzaro). Currently, he is the Coordinator of the PhD program in “Clinical and Experimental Biomedical Sciences" and Director of the “Operative Unit-Endocrinology and Metabolism” at the Azienda R. Dulbecco, University “Magna Græcia” of Catanzaro.
