Wei-Ling Hsu received his Ph.D. in 2014 from the Department of Civil Engineering and his Master’s in Architecture in 2009. He is a professor at the School of Civil Engineering of Jiaying University, China. His research expertise includes the application of satellites and unmanned aerial vehicles in ground-level environmental monitoring, hydrology, urban and rural planning, and incorporating data analysis in fuzzy multiple-criteria decisions for cities and environments.
