Prof. Pisano is a cardiac surgeon at Tor Vergata University. She is also a researcher. Her fields of interest are genetic aspects of the ascending aorta aneurysm, fragility in cardiac surgery and minimally invasive surgery. She is the author of 50 publications. She attended as a speaker to a lot of national and international congresses. She is the winner of four international prizes.
