I'm a Biomedical Sciences PhD candidate concentrating in Immunology and Infectious Disease. I earned my Bachelors degree in Russian with a minor in Military Science. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree, I commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force and served as a mission intelligence officer in Air Force Special Operations Command, specifically working with remotely piloted aircraft deployed in combat operations. After fulfilling my active duty military commitment, I decided to shift my focus from ending lives to extending lives. I have ambitions to research autoimmune and immune diseases where I hope to further develop modern medical knowledge and understanding in this area.
