Atiqur Rahman Sunny, a PhD fellow of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology who is also working as ‘Researcher’ at ‘The WorldFish Center’. He has worked in all six hilsa sanctuaries, world largest mangrove Sundabans and other ecologically sensitive water bodies of Bangladesh. His research has interlinked environmental changes, river pollution, degradation of the biodiversity, ecosystem services and subsequent impacts on the well-being of the dependent community.
