We are working on mechanisms of resistance against Bacillus thuringiensis toxins in lepeidopteran insects. Especially, Our group is engaging on key regions or sites of Bt toxin receptors and regulation of Bt toxin receptor gene expression. Most studies are carried out using insect cell lines in our Lab. In addition, we are interested in other insect pathogens such as densovirus and baculovirus.
