Kyung-Bin Song received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Yonsei University, Korea, in 1986 and 1988, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, USA in 1995. He is currently a full Professor in Electrical Engineering at Soongsil University, Seoul, Korea. His research interests include load forecasting, load modeling, power system operation and power system economics.
