Prof. Dr. Jisheng Pan received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation and an M.S. degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation from Chongqing University in 2004 and 2007. He received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Guangdong University of Technology in 2015. Currently, he is a professor at the School of Electromechanical Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology. He is also the Secretary-General of the Mechanical Design and Production Engineering Division of the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society. He is a National Patent Silver Medalist and a Highly Contributing Scholar in China. His research interests include precision and ultra-precision machining theory and technology, optoelectronic wafer flattening machining process, magnetorheological polishing technology, and smart materials development and application.
