Dr. Chien-Chi Lin is the Thomas J. Linnemeier Guidant Foundation Endowed Chair and Full Professor of Department of Biomedical Engineering at ​​​Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). His research focus is on designing multifunctional polymeric biomaterials, including hydrogels, nanoparticles, and cell surface coatings, for releasing therapeutically relevant agents and for delivering adult, stem, and progenitor cells for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications. ​Prof. Lin has published more than 70 peer-reviewed articles and his research is supported by grants from federal agencies, industrial partners, and private foundations.
