Emma Chiaramello received Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in biomedical engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy, in 2009 and 2013, respectively. She is currently a Research Scientist with the Institute of Electronics, Information Engineering, and Telecommunication, Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, Rome, Italy. Her research interests include the study of the interactions between EMF and bio- logical systems, with both deterministic dosimetry based on computational electromagnetism methods and stochastic dosimetry based on surrogate modelling.
