Dr. Shimeles Tilahun is a Senior Researcher at the Agriculture and Life Sciences Research Institute, Kangwon National University, Republic of Korea. He obtained a Ph.D. in Horticulture and Biosystems Engineering at Kangwon National University in 2018. His research focus has spanned diverse experiments on developing innovative solutions that combine postharvest physiology and technology with metabolomics, transcriptomics, and nondestructive quality prediction techniques to extend shelf life and maintain the quality of horticultural crops.
