Chris Oostenbrink graduated from the VU University, Amsterdam, with an M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Chemistry. He completed his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich. He was an Assistant Professor of Computational Medicinal Chemistry and Toxicology at the VU University, Amsterdam, and currently works as a Professor of Biomolecular Modeling and Simulation at the Institute of Molecular Modeling and Simulation (MMS), BOKU University, Vienna. He has published over 280 papers.
