I currently work at the Institute of Biology, University of Szczecin (Poland). I am molecular biologist and bioinformatician: wet lab expert with computational skills. What are the current and future areas of cooperation? Just look at this: 1) Molecular biology, flow cytometry, mass spectrometry; 2) Bioinformatic and machine learning approaches in structural analysis of genomes and phylogenomy, transcriptome, proteome and metabolome analysis; 3) Computational analysis of high-dimensional biological ('-omics') data, especially integrating multiple data types while controlling for complex confounder profiles- transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, metagenomic, metatranscriptomic data.
