Biography
Dr. Maria Teresa Blay is a Molecular Nutrition Lecturer at Universitat Rovira i Virgili and has been a senior researcher at the MoBioFood Research Group since 2003. The research group is focused on the modulation of the endocrine, metabolic and inflammatory response by bioactive food components in the context of obesity and other metabolic derangements.
