Dr. Anusorn Cherdthong is an Associate Professor of Ruminant Nutrition at Khon Kaen University (KKU). He also serves as a leader of the Native Beef and Buffalo Research Group at KKU, focusing on increasing production efficiency and meat quality. His group’s overall research goal is to enhance nutrient consumption efficiency to boost animal output while minimizing the environmental impact of livestock operations. Dr. Cherdthong has served as a member of the editorial boards for Scientific Reports and Animal Bioscience, as Editor for Discover Animals, and as Associate Editor for CABI Agriculture and Bioscience, Frontiers in Animal Science, and Frontiers in Microbiology.
