Rui P. Martinho is working in ISEP, Polytechnic of Porto, Portugal. Martinho obtained a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Porto, Faculty of Engineering in 2010, and the Ph.D. thesis is titled "Single and Multilayer PVD Coatings for Molds Used in the Injection of Reinforced Plastics". The research of Martinho is in the fields of wear, PVD and CVD, machining, and cutting tools.
