Completed an undergraduate degree in Medicine at the Federal University of Paraná (1994), undertook a medical residency with the title of Specialist in Pathological Anatomy, Master's (1998) and Doctorate (2001) in Medicine at the Federal University of Paraná. She is currently a full professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, with a focus on Medical Pathology. She has experience in Pathological Anatomy, with an emphasis on Pediatric and Perinatal Pathology, acting on the following topics: basic pathology, neoplasms, malformations, necropsy and immunohistochemistry.
