Prof. Bernadette D G M Franco is a senior scientist at the University of Sao Paulo, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Department of Food Science, where she is responsible for the Food Microbiology laboratory. She is also the Principal Investigator of the Food Research Center at the University of Sao Paulo.
