Prof. Dr. Hong Wu is a Professor at the South China University of Technology. She completed her PhD in Biochemical Engineering at the same university and has been awarded the Second Prize of Natural Science of Guangdong Province. She has published more than 200 papers, including over 160 indexed in SCI. She currently serves as Deputy Director of the Institute of Food Bioengineering, School of Food Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, China. Her research primarily focuses on the encapsulation of bioactive compounds, electrospinning nanofibers, and biopolymer applications.
