Dr. Cao is a full Professor at Southeast University; Visiting Professor at University of Surrey; the President of International Society of Built Environment (ISBE). He received his Ph.D. Degree from KU Leuven and Master Degree from Chalmers. His research interests are Fast Prediction and Online Control of Building Environment; Building Ventilation and Air Pollution Control; Design for Healthy and Sustainable Built Environments. He is now serving as the Deputy Editor of Indoor and Built Environment; Associate Editor of e-Prime - Advances in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Energy and Frontiers in Sustainable Cities; Editor Board Member of Sustainable Cities and Society, Science Safety, Buildings, Energies.
