Wene Wang was born in July, 1975, of Han nationality. She is a doctor of engineering and a professor at Northwest A&F University. She is a doctoral supervisor. She is a member of the Hydraulics Committee of Chinese Hydraulic Society, and a selected candidate of the Youth Academic Backbone Support Program of Northwest A&F University.
