Prof. Dr. Henry H. Radamson is a full professor at the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the head of the Research and Development Center of Optoelectronic Hybrid IC in Guangzhou, China. Prof. Radamson has also been a visiting professor at Mid Sweden University since 2018. He obtained an MSc in Physics and a PhD in Semiconductor Materials from Linköping University, Sweden, in 1989 and 1996, respectively. His research topics mainly include nanomaterials, nanophotonics, and nanosensing. Prof. Radamson is working on the detection, lasing, and modulation of IR and the integration of photonics with electronics, in particular hybrids.
