Hsin-Lung Liu received his PhD in 2000 from the Department of Civil Engineering, National Central University in Taiwan. His major study topic is construction management and traffic engineering. He has the certification of professional traffic engineer in Taiwan. He is currently serving as an associate professor at the Minghsin University of Science and Technology, Graduate Institute of Service Industries and Management. His research expertise includes the application of MCDM, fuzzy theory, construction management, transportation management, and investment decision analysis and environments.
