Jong Wan Hu received an M.S. degree from the G.W.W. School of Mechanical Engineering and the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2005. He received a Ph.D. degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, in 2008. He is currently a full professor at Incheon National University, Incheon, South Korea. His research interests are in the areas of seismic design, composite materials, structural health monitoring and concrete materials.
