I am devoted to solving the bottleneck problem of large processing error of feature structure, poor consistency of array structure and high difficulty of large-area molding in micro-nano optical manufacturing, and has achieved the following innovative results: (1) designed a harmonic diffraction element compatible with reading and writing of multi-type optical disks. (2)The ultra-precision machining method of the roller for the optical surface of micro-nano lens array is proposed and realized. (3) The manufacturing method of cold mold hot pressing for glass micro-nano optical structure was proposed to improve the technological level. During the past four years, I has hosted three Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Funds with a total funding of over HK$11 million. 20 SCI journal papers have been published as the first author (including correspondence). 21patents have been authorized or under censorship. The research results broke through several key technologies, thus won 1 Gold Award at the Nuremberg International Invention Exhibition (rank 1) ; 3 Gold Awards (rank 1, 1, 3),1 Prize of Association “Russian House for International Scientific and Technological Cooperation” (rank3) and 1 Special Gold Award (rank 4) from the Geneva International Invention, 2 China Science and Technology Innovation second-level Award (rank 1, 4), and 1 Hong Kong Industrial Award (rank 2).
