Dr. Changyin Dong is an associate professor at School of Aeronautics in Northwestern Polytechnical University. He completed his PhD studies in Transportation Engineering at Southeast University in China. His research interests include the design of cross-medium water–air amphibious vehicles, traffic flow optimization algorithms and the intelligent decision-making of autonomous traffic systems.
