Dr. Giovanni Luca Beretta is a researcher at the Fondazione IRCCS Instituto Nazionale Tumori of Milan. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Milan, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Clinical Chemistry, and a Master’s in Oncology Pharmacy and Pharmacology. In addition, he has experience in preclinical and translational studies and has participated in the development of novel antitumor drugs and of nanovectors for nucleic acid delivery. His research topics interest mainly include the molecular and biochemical pharmacology of antitumor agents and strategies to overcome drug resistance.
