I am a researcher at the University of Tromsø specializing in fish genetics, with a particular focus on gene expression, functional genomics, and host–pathogen interactions in aquaculture species. My research combines high-throughput sequencing, bioinformatics, and statistical analysis to investigate complex biological systems and develop reproducible workflows for large-scale omics data. My broader interests include applying data-driven approaches to improve fish health and sustainable aquaculture.
