Arseniy Lobov graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Faculty of Biology, where he successfully defended her PhD thesis on “Gamete interaction proteins as factors of reproductive isolation of cryptic species of the genus Littorina Férussac, 1822” in 2020. From 2019 he works un a researcher position in the Laboratory of regenerative biomedicine of the Institute cytology of the RAS; in the Dept. of invertebrate zoology SPbSU; and in the Group of molecular mechanisms of calcification, Almazov National Medical Research Centre. The main direction of the research is related to the proteromics study, started from analysis of species-specific gamete recognition proteins in invertebrate to identification of novel protein-targets for therapy of pathological cardiovascular calcification. Currently, investigation of pro- and antiostegenic capabilities of the endothelium become the main direction of his study.
