Dr. Tang is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Auckland. His main research interests include sensors, energy harvesting, passive and active vibration control, smart materials and structures, acoustic and mechanical metamaterials, nonlinear dynamics, and acoustic energy transfer.
