Nowadays, many countries prefer to use renewable energy and increase the capacity of power generations. One method to increase the capacity power uses a hybrid system. The aim of this paper is to introduce a software for simulating a hybrid power generation included renewable energy, which combines solar and wind power generations. This software is named as SPEKTRA. In order to represent the actual system, there are some editable variables to show exchange of solar and wind power outputs. This simulation is used to increase the understanding of the power generation in the hybrid system for users and to estimate the spending cost of the power generation on hybrid system. The SPEKTRA is developed using Visual Basic. Functional and developed simulation is analysed using the black box method. the result show that the output graph is similar to the theoretical review.

Growth and development process for toddler become the key point for growth and development in the next period. Nutrition needs must be given precisely, so children have a good nutrition status. Nutrition status monitoring for toddlers could be done with Anthropometry calculations, based on 3 index, weight for age (WFA), height for age (HFA), and weight for height (WFA). According to survey from Desa Tunjungtirto's Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu/Integrated Service Post), they have not done the calculation of nutrition status, based on Anthropometry standards. To make it easier, we can use classification method. Classification is one of the data mining methods that find models or functions process that explain or differentiate the data class, its function is for predicting class from one unknown label object. Naïve Bayes is one of the popular classification algorithms and categorized as 10 best algorithms for data mining. The purpose of this research is to classified the toddlers's nutrition status based on 3 anthropometry index used Naïve Bayes algorithm. This classification will be tested with k-fold cross validation method to know the success of classification process. According to the results, can be concluded that the process of the toddler nutrition status classification, for each index, have 88% accuracy for WFA index, 64% accuracy for HFA index and 68% accuracy for WFH index.

A renewable energy is a new topic in education in Indonesia, especially for vocational education. The problem is the teaching trainer as a learning media is still not available at Universitas Negeri Malang while developing a trainer is expensive. This paper introduces a renewable-energy simulator, which can show the process of converting energy using hybrid solar cell and wind power systems. In case of the solar cell system, the simulator shows the process of converting the sunlight beam to energy production. Furthermore, the simulator shows the watt peak (WP) of the daily solar beam. In the case of the wind-power system, the simulator shows the capacity of power generator considering the size of rotor, wind speed, and the type of generator. The unique point of this simulator is that the hybrid systems of solar cell and wind power systems are demonstrated. While solar cell can't be effective if the sunlight beam is not available, it can be supported by the wind-power system, which is available for 24 hours, but it is depending on the speed of wind. Thus, implementation of this simulator can help students easier to understand and optimise the development of power generation using renewable energy.

Air quality has become a serious concern from the world's leading universities. The campus as a learning area needs good air quality and needs to monitor and maintain it so that academics can engage in healthy and optimal activities. This study develops a system for monitoring outdoor air quality on campus by using a wireless sensor network (WSN). MQTT Protocol is used to maximize data transmission from sensor nodes to brokers via wireless local area network (WLAN). Air quality measurement data is reported in real time via a web server that can be accessed via the internet. Sensor nodes and brokers are built using open source hardware and software. The system is implemented for measuring air quality on campus and shows measurements that are accurate, real time, and can be accessed via the web.

Wall follower is a method to be used in mobile robot navigation. Here, wall follower navigation was developed using PD (Proportional and Derivative) control system implemented on six-legged robot (hexapod). This method aims to make the robot walk smoothly when following the wall and avoiding obstacles. This robot is equipped with the 7 ultrasonic range sensors to measure the distance of the robot against the wall. There are some basic movements to navigate following the wall, such as walking, avoiding obstacles, and following walls or corridors. The results of this research showed that implementing PD control system can make it walk through the wall with the success rate of 90% on the right wall following mode, and 95% on left wall following mode.
