Prof. Tongkai Chen received his Ph.D. in Biomedicine from the University of Macau in 2017. From September 2017 to the present, he has been an associate researcher at the Science and Technology Innovation Center of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He is engaged in the construction of new nanodrug delivery systems and research on their mechanisms to overcome physiological barriers. He has published more than 40 SCI papers in Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, ACS Central Science, and other international journals. His research results have attracted the attention of academic colleagues at home and abroad, and have been cited by many international authoritative journals or reported as research highlights. He has 15 invention patents that were applied for related research results, and 5 patents were authorized.
