Jun Hou is currently a Research Fellow at the College of Environment, Hohai University, Nanjing, China. He received a Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the College of Environment, Hohai University, Nanjing, China, in 2002, 2005 and 2010 respectively. From 2015 to the present, he has been the assistant dean of the College of Environment, Hohai University, Nanjing, China. He has been awarded The National Natural Science Funds for Excellent Young Scholar in 2017. He also has been awarded Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu Province in 2018. He has 285 publications with 9514 citations and an h-index of 53 (Scopus, 9 November 2023).
