Short bio Stefania Massari Born in Bari, Italy, in 1971. She graduated as Biologist in 1996. Since 1999 she has been working at the Department of Economic Sciences (former Faculty of Economics) of University of Salento, Lecce, Italy, where she has been teaching, doing research and she has been involved in many institutional, academic and managerial activities. She is a Full Professor in Commodity Sciences. Her main research topics have regarded environmental sustainability, sustainable indicators, use of Natural resources, energy production, quality of food and technological innovation.
