Biography
Kwon-Yul Ryu is a professor at the University of Seoul. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Ohio State University in 2001 and worked as a post-doctoral research fellow at Stanford University. His research interests include (1) neurodegenerative diseases, (2) reactive astrogliosis, (3) ubiquitin-proteasome system, and (4) autophagy-lysosome pathway.
