Derek Lichti is the Professor of Geomatics Engineering at the University of Calgary and the Editor-in-Chief of the ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. He is a distinguished scholar and recipient of many prestigious awards, including the University of Calgary’s Peak Scholar award, as well as the Schwidefsky Medal from the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing for his significant contributions to the body of knowledge in this important field.
