Dr. Aida Meto holds the position of Senior Lecturer in the Department of Dentistry at the Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Aldent, Albania. Additionally, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Modena, Italy. She earned her degree in Dentistry from the Italian Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Council" in Tirana, Albania. Furthermore, she embarked on her PhD journey in Clinical and Experimental Medicine at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in November 2017, supported by a scholarship. Her research interests span a wide range of topics, including oral pathogens, dental infections, periodontology, orthodontics, endodontics, conservative dentistry, bacterial biofilms, and conducting in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo experiments, along with exploring natural compounds.
