Tamara Alhambra Borrás is a Researcher and Project Manager at the Institute for Research Polibienestar, Universitat de Valencia. She also serves as a Lecturer at Universidad Internacional de Valencia. She received a Licentiate degree in Psychology (2010), a Master's degree in Research and Interventions on Psychopathology and Health (2012), a Master's degree in Health Psychology (2014), and a Ph.D. in Psychology (2017) at the University of Valencia.
