Prof. Dr. Canping Pan is a leading professor at China Agricultural University and an academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering. He obtained a jointly cultivated doctorate from China Agricultural University and Kyushu University in Japan in 1998. Since 2006, he has served as a professor and doctoral supervisor at China Agricultural University. He is also the deputy director of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center for Agricultural Products (Beijing). His research focuses on pesticide residue analysis methods in agricultural products and the environment, as well as pesticide risk assessment. He has made remarkable achievements in pesticide residue control and analysis, chemical risk assessment, and crop health activation, bringing significant social and economic benefits.
