Justyna Fryc MD, PhD is an assistant professor and attending physician in the 1st Department of Nephrology and Transplantation with the Dialysis Unit Medical University of Bialystok, Poland. She specialize in internal medicine, rheumatology and kidney diseases. In 2006-2008 she was the recipient of the Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow Award at the Kidney Disease Section, National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, NIH, Bethesda, USA. Her research interest focuses on the various aspects of systemic diseases with a special emphasis on renal involvement and mortality epidemiology.
