Matteo Bonato is an associate professor at the Department of Biomedical Sciences for Health of the University of Milan. He completed his PhD in sport science at the University of Milano and was awarded as a Fellow of the European College of Sport Science (ECSS). He led projects on sport and movement sciences and the physiological determinants of endurance performance. He has published many papers in various journals with impact factors. His teaching disciplines include athletics at the School of Sport Science of the University of Milan.
