Mateusz Labudda, PhD, DSc, is a university professor at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), a biologist and biochemist, and an expert in enzymology, phytochemistry, and bromatology. He conducts interdisciplinary research spanning the biological sciences, food technology and nutrition, agriculture and horticulture, as well as medical and health sciences, with a particular focus on developing innovative functional foods and nutraceuticals from plant raw materials and translating these applications to oncology and clinical dietetics. He is the author of numerous publications in leading international scientific journals and is recognized as a world-class expert in plant biochemistry and stress physiology.
