David Stern is energy and environmental economist and a professor at the Crawford School of Public Policy at The Australian National University. His research focuses on the role of energy in economic growth and development and its environmental impacts, especially climate change. David is currently working on the economy-wide rebound effect, the future of electricity markets, and energy in economic growth theory.
