Dr. Silvia Chichiarelli currently works as a Professor at the Department of Biochemical Sciences “A. Rossi Fanelli”, University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Rome, Italy. She obtained a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Biochemistry (V Cycle) in 2003. She earned a Ph.D. at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in 2001. She has been a Member of the Italian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (SIB) since 2003, a member of the Quality Control Committee for Internal Quality Assurance Processes in accordance with European standards by the ENQA Guidelines from 2017, and since 2021, Academic Coordinator for International Mobility - Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine (pharmaceutical area). Her research interests include: molecular biology and cellular biochemistry.
