Professor of Biochemistry, Cell Biology, and Biotechnology currently affiliated to Chaouaib Doukkali University, Faculty of Sciences El Jadida-Morocco, where I participate in education and research activities. I earned a PhD in microbiology, with academic training focused on microbial biotechnology and bioactive natural products. My research focuses on marine microorganisms, bioactive compounds derived from algae, food microbiology, and applied microbial processes. I have contributed to several national and international research projects and supervised undergraduate and graduate students. My professional experience includes participation in scientific committees, thesis juries, and peer review for academic journals. I am an active member of research organizations dedicated to microbiology and marine biotechnology and continue to work on the valorization of natural resources for food and health applications.
