Prof. Dr. Amlan Kumar Patra is an Associate Professor at the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences. He completed his PhD studies in Animal Nutrition at the Indian Veterinary Research Institute, India, in 2002. He has authored around 175 articles in journals, book chapters, and proceedings. He serves on the editorial boards of several reputed journals. His research focuses on animal nutrition, particularly ruminants and poultry nutrition, gastrointestinal electrophysiology, meta-analysis and modeling in nutrition, and livestock–environment interaction.
